There are a number distinct sniper rifles in Cyberpunk 2077, and here’s a look at their stats, along with a detailed ranking.
Making a good first impression is always important in Cyberpunk 2077. Even in the year 2077. When meeting a character to romance, the protagonist should be polite. When meeting a business partner, you should be professional. And when you meet an opponent, you want to demonstrate that you are not to be trifled with.
Saying “hello” with a sniper rifle is the most effective way to do it. You can always switch to an assault rifle or melee weapon later, but your initial salvo should be with one of these scoped and accurate weapons, ensuring that your first shot is the best. They are not all created equal, but ranking the competition to be the best is difficult.
O’Five

The O’Five is the cheapest of the unique sniper rifles, yet it’s still rather good. The damage is substantial, the aim is accurate, and the explosive ammo adds to the impact. It may be gained by completing the optional side mission Beat on the Brat: Arroyo. V must persuade Buck to put up his O’Five sniper rifle as a wager in a fistfight. Buck and his crew will try to kill V after defeating him, so overcome them by whatever means required including guns – to take them down. Loot Buck and collect the weapon after the fight.
It’s entertaining to fire a shot and then see the ragdoll from the explosive effect. The fundamental issue here is that ricochet is irrelevant, and the delayed firing time means thermal damage is usually ineffective.
Breakthrough

The Breakthrough may not have the damage of those placed higher in Cyberpunk 2077, but it does have one benefit over the others. Pinging on one opponent with Quick Hack reveals all of V’s adversaries. Then you can hide behind cover and clear a room while the targets cannot see you.
A single headshot from an uncharged shot is enough to kill most regular adversaries. Anyone else than a boss or a cyber crazy will be rendered inoperable by the use of technology. This is the gun for intelligent attribute aficionados. The Breakthrough is earned by killing Olga Elizabeth Longmead in the Suspected Organized Crime job New Boss, New Rules and utilizing the crafting spec found on her.
Widow Maker

Although the model is based on an assault rifle, the single rounds and tremendous strength underline that this is a sniper rifle. It’s not called a Widow Maker for nothing. If you are married and decide to go against someone, make sure your will and life insurance plans are in place.
The rifle can fire two shots at the same time. The harm is as extreme as it appears on paper. Remember that because this is a tech weapon, it charges up for doubled damage. If you can line it up, that’s magnified damage on both shots. The Widow Maker is earned by finishing the Ghost Town side quest, although V must opt to assist Panam in order to obtain it.
*Tsunami Nekomata

The Nekomata sniper rifle is available in four different variations: common, rare, epic, and legendary. Naturally, you’ll want to get your hands on the best version as soon as possible. The good news is that it can be obtained earlier in the tale of Cyberpunk 2077 from the Iron & Lead weapons shop in Northside. The bad news is that it costs 200,000 Euros.
The Legendary Nekomata is a formidable weapon, but it fires at a slower rate than the other weapons on this list. If you don’t want to spend 200,000 Eurodollars, you can loot the Nekomata from Arasaka snipers in the Gimme Danger assignment. The legendary variation requires a crafting skill level of 18 and the Edgerunner Partisan perk.
Techtronika SPT32 Grad

If V possesses body attribute stats at level 10, the SPT32 Grad in Cyberpunk 2077 is a bolt-action sniper rifle with a limited fire rate but a high damage output. V can’t run with the rifle drawn without the proper stats, and recoil and sway make it less controlled in a gunfight.
The Legendary variation of the SPT32 Grad rifle cannot be made, but it may be purchased from the Arroyo and Wellsprings subdistrict weapon vendors. Even better, Dakota will reward you with the Legendary SPT32 if you complete the We Gotta Live Together task. V may also discover it on a Scavenger in the Beat on the Brat: Pacifica side quest.
Tsunami Ashura

The most powerful smart weapon in Cyberpunk 2077 is the Legendary form of the Tsunami Ashura. It can shoot foes hiding behind corners or behind barriers and fires self-guided ammunition. It is difficult to miss an enemy when utilizing the Ashura. Better sights can be added to the rifle to increase accuracy.
The Tsunami Ashura can be acquired through 2nd Amendment, Heywood, and The Glen merchants for 250,000 Eurodollars. Alternatively, it may be gained for free by completing the Riders on the Storm side quest in the Badlands region. V must retrieve it from the catwalk above the entrance to the main building.
Overwatch

At initially, there aren’t many eye-catching bonuses in Overwatch. The bleed effects aren’t important for sniper rifles, and the fact that it’s a strong weapon is odd because you don’t expect bullet ricochet when you’re using a sluggish, scoped weapon. But two factors combine to make this not only the best sniper rifle, but possibly the best gun in Eggy Car game.
Silencers are fantastic, but using one on your weapon halves its damage. The Overwatch has a built-in suppressor that does not reduce damage. Perhaps they added some digits by accident and forgot to correct it, but the rifle deals five-digit damage. It’s a straightforward one-shot kill on almost anything. The Overwatch is received after finishing the side mission The Riders on the Storm.
