How To Draw A Bone. Bones are something we don’t think about, but even if it’s true, they are still very familiar to us since we all have them in our bodies! There are 206 bones in our body, and they come in all shapes and sizes. They have also been associated with scary movies, Halloween decorations, or even a treat for your dog! It can also be fun to learn how to draw a bone. If you are one of those people who would like to learn how to do this, then you have come to the right place!
This step-by-step guide on how to draw a bone will show you how to have fun drawing one! You can draw many more characters like bow and arrow drawing, Anubis drawing, cat drawing, cobra drawing, blueberry drawing, coconut drawing and many more easy drawing for kids.
Step 1:
The bone we will draw in this guide on drawing a bone is the fairly standard and classic bone shape you have probably seen before. In this first step, we will start with the first half of the bone. The end of the bone is drawn with two rounded edges and should look a bit like the top of a heart. It will be a bottomless heart shape; instead, it will span straight edges that serve as the central pillar of the bone. That will be all there is to this step, and you are now ready for step 2!
Step 2:
For this section of your bone drawing, you will extend the center of the bone to the other side of the one you drew earlier. Extend another straight line from the end you drew earlier to do this. So this line will end with a rounded line at the end. This rounded line will form the other side of the bone, which we will work on in the next steps.
Step 3:
This step in our guide to drawing a bone will allow you to complete the outline you’ve been working on. To do this, you can draw the second bump of the shape at the end of the bone. This will connect to both sides of the inner spine of the bone, as shown in the reference image. This will take care of the outline of the bone, and now we’ll add some extra details and touches in the next steps!
Step 4:
Now that you have the outline of your bone drawing, you can start adding internal details in the following steps. To start, you can add a few lines along the perimeter of the outline at the end of the bone. These details are simple but effective, and you can finish them in the next step before coloring!
Step 5:
Before moving on to the last step of this guide on drawing a bone, you need a few final details. This step will also allow you to add more elements to personalize this image! First, you can add more lines along the inside perimeter of the bone, as you did in the previous step.
Then, once you have those lines, you’re ready to move on to the final step! We mentioned adding personal details before continuing; you should do that now if you wish! Your details can be small touches of texture or large enough to change the overall feel of the image. You can draw it to look like a giant chicken leg or incorporate it into a pattern. You could pull a cute puppy that’s about to want this bone! What can you think of to finish this drawing before adding some color?
Step 6:
This last part of your bone drawing is where you relax with fun coloring action! You’ve done a great job following this guide, and now you can take control and show us what you can do with your creativity. Our reference image shows you only one way to color your drawing.
